    The changes in version 1.4 are:

    Mozilla Compliance:
    * disabled the console logging statements for production.
    * replace all innerHTML statements with create*Node, createElement, and appendChild calls.
    * loaded json objects from *.json files using XHR, instead of defining them in *.js files.

    Improvements:
    * made small corrections in espdic dictionary json (e.g., months are lower case now).
    * lightbox text should appear more consistent between different web sites and should be less likely to overflow lightbox.
