Paid Donation and it does not let me register for pro No longer works for New Youtube. Tech support is a waste of time they only send help files that are NO Help at all. Going to file a complaint with PayPal Since it has been 5 days since paying for NOTHING No SUPPORT NOTHING!

Acima de 1080p vc precisa adquirir a versão pro. Porém tem extensões que fazem isso totalmente de graça, inclusive baixam em 4k gratuitamente e de quebra possuem uma interface mais simples e intuitiva. Aconselho todos a baixarem o "YouTube Download".

I bought the Pro version less than a year ago. Now I have a new computer and I cannot reactivate this version. I followed the instructions but it doesn't work.

Pure trash couldn't even download mp3 from youtube, instant uninstall.

Youtube switched to separate audio/video streaming technology for higher quality formats and no longer provides direct 720p (Since 24 September 2018)/1080p/mp3 streams. Converting these streams to downloadable formats for you needs powerful server infrastructure, therefore 1080p/mp3 downloading has been limited to PRO users. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR PRO! If you do expect to pay every six months for access to this add-on. I have paid twice and each time it only lasts for about 6 months. No response from dev support as stated in the docs.

Disappointed as I supported this app from the start and now they change the rules and want to make you pay again for "pro". Anyway just download the songs as movie files for free and use a free file converter to change to mp3 instead of feeding into this greedy app.

No HD download for free user. I don't think downloading directly from youtube would spend any single bit of server resource so that's just BS

We purhased at the beginning of the year. Was good while it worked but kept having to reactivate and now doesn't even do that. Furthermore customer support is non-existent, at least in our case. We have initiated support tickets but never a reply.
