by lone_thumper, 3 years agoI used to be a fan and proponent of DDG, but upon reading about their filtering of information that doesn't fit their political ideology, I am no longer a user or supporter. In fact, I am a vocal critic to those that I know who are considering using them. They broke the trust.

These stories and the accusations are not true. If you can't find something on DuckDuckGo, please let us know what it is specifically and we'll investigate.

- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 15372037, 18 days agoSeems like it's working. However, I'm not sure why, but it seems that when adding DuckDuckGo Security & Tracker Protection, it's actually trying to add DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials. The fire button is missing and I've went through several troubleshooting steps to get the full version. It seems like there's an error with how this full version is packaged. I can't get the fire button to appear.
