    Fixed "Max Bet" button, and updated it to work with any amount of snake oil. Updated css tweaks, and removed beg button because it's no longer useful.

    On the Upcoming Games screen, added a glow around pitchers who are good to mark as your Idol.
    Your current Idol will get an Idol icon next to it. (You may need to refresh the site after changing idols for it to show up)
