    Mainifest V3 migration for chrome.
    Migrated from XMLHttpRequest (axios) to fetch api because chrome on Manifest v3 on support only does not support XMLHttpRequest. Firefox still on Manifest V2 because we are getting "CORS" error on manifest v3. This may need a server side update.
    bugfix: default disable time now properly shows the default value
