- Rated 5 out of 5by QBarrie, 5 years agoUpdated to 4.7, and was horrified at the sight of YouTube ads. :'-/ This won't do, so I reverted to 3.37 and all is well again. :-) I'm on Firefox 72 on W10.
[UPDATE] I followed your instructions below and updated again, and enabled "Easy List". That was the fix. 4.7 is working! Yay!Developer response
posted 5 years agoHi QBarrie, You should be able to return to 4.7. We think this is an issue related to being unsubscribed to our primary filter list, EasyList. To enable EasyList, please click the AdBlock button in the browser toolbar and select Options. On the Filter lists tab, select "EasyList". Refresh the page where you were seeing ads. It's always done exactly what it says.
I like how clean looking the menu and options page is. They also added the ability to change the theme, which I like as well.
AdBlock is always useful. It blocks hundreds of ads every day. I basically depend on it.
The extension is very user friendly, which helps people use it easier. In my opinion, this is the easiest AdBlocker I've ever used.
I've been using AdBlock for about a year, on many different browsers. I will continue to use AdBlock.

But today, 27/2/202, after update... YOUTUBE shows me Ads again! ONE OF THE MAIN REASON FOR AN ADBLOCKER IS TO BLOCK ALL KIND OF YOUTUBE ADS...
