    Fixes a serious bug introduced by the manifest v2 -> v3 migration, where all in-memory state is lost when background workers are put to sleep after being idle. This caused new wikipedia navigation events to not be correctly associated with their parents, instead incorrectly recognizing them as new sessions and root nodes.
