About this extension

This extension automatically resumes the video you were watching when you last closed the tab.

I made this extension because https://cup.aihedy.com/en-US/firefox/addon/video-resumer does not work on Android (it is marked as Android-compatible, but it does not actually resume videos on youtube.com on Android. This extension /does/ work on YouTube and Android.)

Youtube serialization is now less sensitive to url changes.

Under the hood we’ve overhauled how we serialize and unserialize data: operations are now significantly faster and much kinder on mobile battery.

⚠️ The new, battery-optimized format is not backward-compatible. Any resume data created under the old format will no longer work. Sorry.

Delete buttons added to extension page, to delete resume data for urls you're no longer interested in.
