by Firefox user 5755878, 7 years agoI am not happy as this VPN service has affected my online banking access. I have received a notice form Microsoft Security to warn about unknown activity. I am still trying to access other issues that have been created by this specific VPN service. If their tech people in the next few days fail to sort out my issues I will cancel and demand a refund. They were rated high by PC Mag and while I read some negative comments about their service I went ahead with it due to the PC Mag rating. I should have paid attention to the negative comments which I might add also included comments about poor tech service. Additionally unlike other VPN services I have tried because they offered a free trial this one does not (Big mistake in my opinion on my part) Also now I have downloaded their system unlike other VPN services they do not provide a webpage logon to which I can go to find out possible solutions to my problems and as well how to temporarily log off their system, and in my view why? I also changed the settings on Google Chrome to both allow their system and to allow my speakers to work (another problem) and very apparently their Google Chrome extension is bogus as it did not change the problems

- Rated 3 out of 5by Pete, 5 months agoWorks OK most of the time, but the connection just dies occasionally requiring switching to a different server. This can result in multiple active logins (ie Facebook). Desperately needs a kill-switch feature to block traffic when the VPN proxy server connection fails. Also needs an option to autostart the VPN with the browser startup.
Over-all it does what I need, but plenty of room for improved reliability and features. - Rated 1 out of 5by Clark, 6 months agoThis addon has never worked on firefox. For over 3 years. no issues with it on unix or windows but as an extension in browers never worked.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18797758, 6 months agoA number of updates over the last year or so have removed servers from the available list until today there is only one server. The speed it bad and you constantly have to change servers to keep your connection working. You get logged out all the time. Use a different service.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18642842, 10 months agoThis plugin causes conflicts with my Hikvision camera plugin. I can display my two cameras on the web gui when this plugin is disabled. However, when this plugin is enabled it interferes and causes the video window to be too large and offset to the right (so the second camera is not visible).

- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 17025688, a year agoServers frequently drop out and stop working, and when that's not the issue it completely messes up and "Fails to Authenticate" forcing me to have to resign in. It's a bloody unreliable hassle that has been happening for the past year.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 17596741, a year agoWhy is it that EVERY SINGLE TIME I start up this addon I have to flip through the entire list of regions 10-20 times just to find 1 working connection?
