    Stop trying to guess the file type based on its extension, using the file GitHub itself assigns to it (GitHub does that so it can correctly apply code highlighting), which makes the experience much more consistent and better overall.

    Also fixes a CORS/redirect issue with one of the external resolvers that was causing some external package names to not be resolved at all.
