Release notes for 1.1
Complete rewrite since the version 1.0. OnionTree data are no longer embedded in the code but rather downloaded from configured sources.

New features:

* Warns when accessing an onion site using a Tor2Web proxy.
* Adds a dashboard to manage OnionTree sources (experimental).
