Unfortunately, the way Firefox does multi-monitor offset calculations for CSS pixels requires having information about the monitors in use, something that is not exposed to the WebExtension.

    Adds the ability to "bookmark" buttons/links in specific tabs and report them to the controller server so that they can be assigned to buttons on the hardware controller. These bookmarks use a session-persisted per-tab permission model so that a rogue controller can only abuse the permissions which have explicitly been granted.
