In short, the TabWrangler extension is a sort of companion app designed to supplement functionality presented to the user through applications like StreamDeck, LoupeDeck and Touch Portal.

All of these platforms present a series action oriented buttons that a user can customize for day to day use. In the case of TabWrangler, a user might design a button that does something as simple as “open a website” or as complex as “open a website on my work profile, but only if some form of it is not already open; if it is, just focus that tab instead”.
