    - Ball and Paddle speed are now constant. Beforehand they were calculated based on the window size of the user, which was buggy and unreliable. I tested constant speed on different monitors and the game feels much better this way!
    - Bugfix: Prevent arrow key event propagation. If you try to play the game (v1.0.0) on a youtube video for example, pressing the keys would move the video forwards or backwards, which is distracting. When the game is running, we stop propagating such events to only capture the movement of the paddle.
