Fixed a bug that blocked activity view if the user previously gave out gifted subscriptions in some cases. Also adds activity view support for some recently added currency symbols.

Hotfix that adds support for different currencies and their respective superchat scaling.

This version adds a brand new activity view! The activity view is a overview of all superchats sent over the course of a year, be that starting from the current day backwards of for a specific year in your superchat history.
The activity view also offers several different display modes. A heatmap view displays the total amount sent for any given day, a count view goes by the number of superchats sent. Furthermore, you can display the total amount with the respective superchat color if needed.

- Redesign of the table view
- Adds export button to extract collected data as .json file for custom processing if desired
- Adds loading page to indicate that data processing is currently ongoing

Added more information to the payment overview.

Total revamp of simp-io for version 0.3!
Mostly this update tackled consistency issues with running simp-io on the YouTube payment page. Instead of adding a button on the payment page, all interaction is now done using the extension button.
As directed, you will have to move to the payment page to generate or update your dataset, however the data extraction is now done automatically once the page loads and the dataset is retained on other pages so that you can look at your stats whenever you want.

Some minor improvements and fixes:

- added a summary row, showing total spendings, superchat count and average superchat over all channels
- added the ability to sort data by any of the table columns
- fixed a bug that caused some superchats to be ignored
- fixed numbers to display two decimals instead of one

Mostly this update was a change in background architecture and a fix of the currently broken version, which wouldn't show anymore. However, some small changes and improvements are provided as well:

- extension now properly loads on page navigation instead of requireing a page refresh
- updated visuals, added statistical mean to data table
- simplified user experience, superchats expand on calculation and data is updated as this happens
- removed csv export for now (due to different data representation)
