An extension to add features to nyaa!

List of features:
1) Removal of dead items from the listing (configurable)
2) Block & Unblock users from the comments section.
3) Automatically go to the next page if the current one is empty *
4) Highlights comments that mention your username.
5) Get notifications on new comments/torrents.
6) Remove items from the listing if they contain a certain tag. (configurable)

*A page will be empty if all the items in that page are dead and removed.
