If you go into the settings, it even lets you do automatic highlight-translation if it detects a non-native language (which you can overwrite ans et, etc). The screenshots show the windows that pop-up when you click on the extension, which can be customized as well. It's not resource-intensive either. 10/10

ImTranslator stills works great, but it requires copying and pasting text to it, then copying and pasting translation back to a conversation.
