Absolutely what everyone needs if they want to get rid the annoying "For you" tab as well as a host of other options to tailor the look of Twitter to your preferences.

This extension really makes Twitter look and feel a lot cleaner!! I would highly recommend to anyone who doesn't enjoy Twitter's current layout. The only nitpick I have is that the top bar of the Home feed is missing, which makes the Following tab look weird compared to other sections (like Notifications).
