Detects 404 page though the URL is a correct active link, and a few times (Public sites, usual access, etc). Add-on has been uninstalled.

This is good plugin but can be detect only 404 links. If I want to detect some other bookmark such as redirected bookmark, I have to use Bookmarks Organizer.

This is a very useful add-on for Firefox! I have an extensive collection of bookmarks that I had been accumulating for literally decades and the thought of manually going through them for validation was just daunting. This saved me potentially weeks of work cleaning up expired bookmarks!

It does what it says, which is the most important thing, however if I could change one thing I would have a setting where you could slow down the rate it checks because some hosting sites like tumblr will trigger false positives due to their request limit.

Does nothing but put an icon next to my URL bar.

It doesn't seem to do anything. When you click on the icon it takes you to a page where the URLs should be, but no URLs are listed and it doesn't seem to be looking up my bookmarks.

FYI, I don't have any ad blockers installed.

It would be nice if there were instructions. Or at least a start button.

Works great! Efficiently deleted 20+ years' worth of old, expired bookmarks.

Weird.... I deleted a few dozen bookmarks, then a couple days later they all showed up again as new bookmarks at the bottom of my main bookmark menu. Easy to delete from there but not very good behavior.

Is saving me a lot of time, easy to check the links before marking for deletion, then 1 click and all marked links are deleted. A good tool to use. Nice :-)

Really useful and does what it's supposed to do. But it would be great if we could edit 404 bookmarks directly. Because sometimes only the part after the domain is outdated. (e.g. home.php has change to index.php).
